Humen Writer provides digital marketing services including SEO, link building, digital PR, social media marketing, web development and content writing. The scope, timeline and fees of each project are agreed in writing before work begins.
Payments
Fees, billing schedules and payment terms are set out in each proposal or invoice. Work may be paused on overdue accounts.
Content and ownership
Once payment is received in full, you own the final content and deliverables created for you. We may reference the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Results
We follow best practices and work diligently, but search rankings, media coverage and social performance depend on factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings or outcomes.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and timely feedback, and to hold the rights to any materials you supply to us.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Humen Writer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services or website.
